1. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your interior design service agreement subject to the following terms:

• Before Service Commencement: If you cancel before we begin work on your project, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any administrative fees as specified in your service agreement.
• After Service Commencement: If you cancel after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and materials purchased up to the cancellation date. Any non-refundable deposits or expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Written Notice Required: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@shunrynniz.world or through our contact form.

For furniture and products purchased through our interior design services:

• Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Custom or made-to-order items are generally not returnable unless defective
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive defective or damaged furniture or products:

• Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographs of the defect or damage
• We will arrange for replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you
• We will cover all return shipping costs for defective items

5. Design Concept Revisions

Our interior design services include a specified number of design revisions as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. If you are not satisfied with the design direction after the included revisions, you may cancel the project subject to the cancellation terms above.

The following items and services are generally non-refundable:

• Completed design work and consultation fees
• Custom-made furniture or items made to your specifications
• Items that have been installed or modified
• Digital design files and plans that have been delivered
• Administrative and processing fees

Refund processing times:

• Service cancellations: 7-14 business days
• Product returns: 14 business days after receipt and inspection
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
